Welcome to Properties in the OC. This site will give you the resources to search homes in the Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Balboa Peninsula, and Balboa Island areas. I just added a couple of buttons on the left hand side to give you snapshots of what is currently going on in different areas of Newport Beach. If you are a buyer or a seller, you will be able to keep up to date on the latest activities. If you don't see a report for a particular neighborhood that you are interested in, contact me and I will send you an up to date report. I am going to add a couple of more buttons in the next week.....so check back.
To highlight a couple of buttons on the left hand side.....Crystal Cove is in-between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. This is a newer area on Pacific Coast Highway that includes condos up to custom homes. Most homes have an incredible view of the ocean.There is also a small strip mall in front of this community. This mall is includes tenants such as Mastros Ocean Club, the new Javiers, Starbucks, Pacific Whey, Trader Joes and many clothing stores.
Trovare is a gated, condo community in Newport Coast with around 200 homes. This area is on the south side of Newport Coast Drive.
Pelican Crest and Pelican Hill are high end established communities. Most of these homes are custom with great ocean and golf course views. If you are not familiar with the area. Pelican Hill Resort/Golf course is in this area. Pelican Hill Resort has just opened up their Pelican Grill and Pelican Golf Club. The Pelican Hill Resort will open fall 2008.
Balboa Island is surrounded by the Balboa Peninsula. There are a couple of other islands in this area....but Balboa Island is the one that most tourist like to visit. The Balboa Peninsula is very busy in the summer as it is a great destination as well.
Shady Canyon is a high end community in Irvine. Newport Coast is right behind it. This area is a guard gated area that includes a golf course. There are many homes in this tract that are custom with large yards. I should say, larger than most yards in Irvine and Newport Beach.
